I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of settings, including schools, outpatient care, and higher-level treatment environments. My work is especially informed by years of experience with LGBTQ+ clients, autistic and ADHD individuals, and those navigating identity, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges.
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, human, and honest. I show up authentically, with curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humor when appropriate. You’re not a problem to be fixed; you’re a whole person whose experiences deserve understanding and respect.
My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including ACT, CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and narrative work. I also integrate expressive and creative techniques when helpful, offering multiple pathways for insight, regulation, and healing.
Together, we’ll work on practical skills for managing emotions, understanding patterns, and building a compassionate relationship with yourself, while keeping your goals, values, and autonomy at the center of the process.
