Each week combines brief psychoeducation with discussion and practical tools. Topics include: what neurodivergent burnout actually is (and isn’t), the role of masking and chronic override, listening to your body’s early warning signs, nervous system‑friendly pacing, setting and holding boundaries, and redefining “productivity” in ways that don’t sacrifice your health. Across the 8 weeks, members will work toward creating their own personalized burnout prevention and recovery plan that fits their energy, values, and real‑life constraints.
